Through a small entryway, you’ll reach the bright and inviting living area. <br>The kitchen is open-concept and equipped with a high-quality built-in kitchen, including a microwave. <br>Dishes, silverware, glasses, pots, and pans are provided.<br>Please note that household supplies and consumables such as tea towels, dishcloths, dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, etc., are not included; please bring these with you.<br><br>The focal point on this level is the large dining table with six chairs.<br>Here, you can enjoy meals and spend time together.<br>The wood-burning stove, with its cosy atmosphere, will add to the experience. The stove may only be fuelled with wood briquettes!<br><br>In the back area, facing the terrace, there is a cosy sofa nook with a TV.<br>A guest bathroom is also available on the ground floor.<br><br>The large, corner-spanning south-facing terrace is equipped with a table, six chairs, a beach chair, and a parasol. <br>On the beach (not the dog beach), a beach chair is available to you free of charge during the season, from April 15 through September.<br><br>The ground floor offers two bedrooms, as well as a large bathroom with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and sauna.<br>On stormy and/or rainy days, the fully equipped bathroom can become a wellness retreat.<br>One bedroom is equipped with an additional TV.<br><br>The loft with access to the loggia is a wonderful retreat.<br>From up here, you can enjoy a magnificent view of the Wadden Sea.<br>Here, too, a cosy sofa area with a TV and a recliner offer the perfect spot to unwind.<br>The third bedroom is adjacent.<br><br>Underfloor heating throughout the house provides cosy warmth on cool days.<br><br>Upon request, a travel cot with a mattress and/or a high chair for toddlers can be borrowed at the front desk.<br>Shared washing machines and dryers, as well as an ironing board and iron, are available for a fee in our laundry room on the ground floor of House No. 48.<br><br>For safety reasons, barbecuing is prohibited throughout the entire holiday park.<br>Bachelor/hen nights or similar celebrations/parties/events are not permitted in this accommodation.<br><br>A free parking space is available just a few metres from the house. For your bicycles, there is a storage room outside the house or bike racks directly in front of the house.<br><br>Please note that charging electric cars at our properties is prohibited for technical and cost-related reasons. The nearest charging stations are located in the public car park approximately 300 metres away on Mellumweg, as well as in Horumersiel in front of the Tourist Information office and in the car park at EDEKA.<br>Please note that the owner reserves the right to claim damages in the event of violations. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.<br><br>This house has its own satellite system. This allows you to easily access a wide variety of popular channels on the available TV sets.<br>Furthermore, the holiday home is connected to the fiber-optic network and offers excellent internet reception on all floors.
