Beautiful basement flat in a quiet location. Maximum for 2 persons. Consisting of living room with sofa bed, bedroom (single bed 140x200), dining room. Daylight bathroom with shower, toilet and separate urinal. Additionally an adjoining room / storeroom. Additionally with atrium - terrace approx. 20 m2. Extra parking space for the holiday flat! Fitted kitchen with modern equipment: cooker with convection oven, coffee machine, incl. dishwasher, microwave, electric kettle, complete crockery. Living area: dining table, living room cupboard, corner sofa bed, 55 inch LED TV. Bedroom with 140 cm wide bed. Sunny terrace, shower with rain shower.

Nicht zu Toppen; Referenzklasse
Hervorragend, besser kann man sich eine Ferienwohnung und die Vermieter dazu nicht vorstellen.
Man fühlt sich dort wie daheim, Frau und Herr Bailer leben ständig eine herzliche, aufmerksame, sogar geradezu eine liebevolle Gastfreundschaft.
Willkommensaufmerksamkeit, auch mal sehr leckere selbstgebackene Brötchen, und sogar ein Abschiedgeschenk...
Ich sehe in der Nacht nicht so gut, deswegen wurde mir sogar eine zusätzliche zweite Lampe an der Treppe angebracht, daß ist schon mehr als Gastfreundschaft denke ich.
Ich werde Kontakt zu den Vermietern halten, auch mal persönlich bei Ihnen vorbeischauen.
