This exclusive holiday home is located on the popular Tinnum salt marshes, in the heart of the North Sea island of Sylt. The island’s colours inspired the home’s modern interior design, where Frisian charm meets Scandinavian elegance. The four floors of this new construction offer 115 square metres of living space and every comfort, making it a place of relaxation and well-being in every season.

The home’s light-filled living area features an open, high-quality kitchen, a cosy seating area, a large smart TV, a gas fireplace, and a direct view of the garden. The two terraces, facing south and east, are perfect for breakfast in the morning sun and offer pure relaxation well into the evening hours.

The open kitchen is equipped with Siemens built-in appliances, including an oven and microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, Bora induction cooktop, SMEG toaster and kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, and a wide range of cooking and baking utensils. The utility room also features a high-quality wine refrigerator—guaranteeing perfectly chilled drinks for enjoyable evenings.

The two cosy master bedrooms are equipped with a double box-spring bed (2x90x200 cm), a smart TV, a SONOS sound system, illuminated built-in closets, and high-quality woodwork.

The converted attic of the house features a cosy lounging area (140x200 cm) as well as a spacious desk with a view of the salt marshes and the Rantum Basin.

The Salzwiesen Hüs features two modern bathrooms with natural light, each equipped with a walk-in shower, a freestanding bathtub, and a comfortable KLAF sauna for up to 4 people. A washing machine and dryer are available for your personal use. A garden area with a Frisian stone wall, beach rye, and a private parking space right outside the front door is a must.

A dedicated wallbox is available for guests with electric vehicles. The charging station is located in the car park belonging to the accommodation (back left) and can be accessed using the transponder attached to your keyring. A flat fee applies for its use.
