Super Lage. Schöne Wohnung. Einrichtung ausreichend, teilweise etwas „in die Jahre gekommen“. Sauberkeit nur oberflächlich. Spülmaschine, Backofen z. T. verdreckt. Viele Spinnenweben. Auf, hinter und unter den Möbeln z. T. Zentimeterhoher Staub. Balkon und Fenster schmutzig.
