Awesome stay

We enjoyed our stay on this clean and nice home .The neighborhood was also quiet with a short walk to the grocery store and train station .Our host Gudrund was very attentive and accommodating . We will highly recommend.

My favorite place I have stayed so far. The place is extremely nice and had everything we could ask for and a wonderful personal written greeting for my self and grandson. We were treated as family and felt right at home. Couldn't ask for anything better. I would like to think I have made a new friendship. Would definitely stay again. I highly recommend !

Most helpful host. Always on the spot to take care of any needs. Clean and comfortable although I would have liked a little more heat. Seems the thermostat s somehow turned themselves down. Mystery to me. Modern apartment with microwave and small dishwasher. Quite sufficient for our needs.dishwasher.

Great stay

thanks to Ben we have got a really great stay in the modern and beautifully decorated apartment. Everything was exactly as described on the web and more space than I expected. The apartment is located in the center of the town and you can easily reach all the usual supermarkets in 5 min. auto minutes. Inside the apartment, it is quite cool for the top floor of the building. You also get everything you need in the kitchen or bathroom just like you are at home. We really enjoyed the stay and wish Ben and his family all the best!

Quaint location with a personal touch

We enjoyed our stay immensely. Frau Kirchler made us feel very welcome. The kitchen was stocked with coffee, tea, sugar, even a small carton of milk. This is an upper floor apartment with slanted ceilings giving it a cozy character. The beds are firm and the furniture modern. We enjoyed the views onto the red roofs, gardens, and half-timbered houses. There is no elevator but only spiral staircases. Parking can be a challenge, very little close by, so ended up getting a parking ticket. This is a great place to experience small town German life including church bells, narrow streets and forest hiking nearby.

Patrizia, Anna und Felix waren richtig tolle Gäste! Super ordentlich, total sympathisch und einfach angenehm im Umgang. Wir waren wirklich begeistert, dass sie sogar den Müll entsorgt und die Betten abgezogen haben – das ist absolut nicht selbstverständlich und hat uns sehr gefreut. Man merkt sofort, dass sie respektvoll mit der Unterkunft umgehen – genau so, wie man sich Gäste wünscht. Wir würden uns sehr freuen, sie jederzeit wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen. Wir hatten nur einen kurzen Aufenthalt, es hat jedoch alles reibungslos funktioniert. Sehr schön gestaltete Zimmer, sauber und so eingerichtet, dass man so gut wie nichts selbst mitbringen müsste, da Bettwäsche, Handtücher etc. bereits vorhanden. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, man hat uns alles gezeigt und erklärt und jederzeit stand jemand für Rückfragen zur Verfügung.Die Parkplatzsituation im Ort ist nicht optimal, jedoch haben wir in der näheren Umgebung in den Seitenstraße immer einen Parkplatz gefunden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Wir würden diese Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen.

Sehr freundliche Gastgeber.Saubere Unterkunft, alles vorhanden, was man braucht, konnten bei unserem kurzen Aufenthalt leider gar nicht alles nutzen.Haben einen Schrank zum Koffer ausräumen vermisst, erst bei Abreise in einem Zimmer ein verstecktes Regal gefunden.Parksituation kann schwierig sein, zum Ein-und Ausladen ist aber Platz vor dem Haus.

Es war eine supertoll eingerichtete Wohnung.Es waren viele Kleinigkeiten vorhanden, die in einem Urlaub nützlich sind.Duschgel, Shampoo, Creme, KosmetiktücherKaffee, Filter und sogar Milch stand bereit.Zur Begrüßung waren Getränke kalt gestellt. Backpapier und sogar waren Tupperdosen vorhanden.....Die Wohnung war sehr gräumig und die Gastgeber sehr sehr nett und hatten viele tolle Ideen für Ausflüge.

Mit 4 Personen sind wir angereist, um an 2 Tagen die Tennisveranstaltung in Bad Homburg zu besuchen. Unsere Unterkunft in Rosbach war für unseren Aufenthalt perfekt geeignet.
