“Ferienresidenz Deichgraf”: Located in the heart of the popular North Sea spa town of Neuharlingersiel, right next to the harbour, this residential complex—consisting of two houses—has been built on a 1,530 m² lot.

House No. 4b contains three residential units, while the directly adjacent House No. 4c contains four residential units. The apartments are categorised by use into permanent residences and holiday rentals! Each unit has its own terrace, parking space, and outdoor storage room. The floor plan spans three stories with a total of up to five bedrooms. The ground floor features, among other things, an open and spacious living, dining, and kitchen area with access to the terrace.
