An exceptional rooftop terrace area of approximately 50 square metres is available exclusively to guests and offers a sense of freedom that no balcony can match. In the morning, you can enjoy the sunrise here—perhaps while doing a yoga session or a karate kata. And in the evening, the comfortable seating area invites you to enjoy a cosy get-together with family or friends—over a delicious Croatian wine or a local pivo (beer). And if the night runs late—quietly watching numerous shooting stars is sure to enrich your holiday.

The shared pool with a sea view offers refreshment and fun for kids; it’s lit until around midnight, allowing for a peaceful night swim—a highlight not just for little ones.

The apartment itself features a balcony and comfortable amenities: Central air conditioning in the hallway, ceiling fans in the bedrooms, mosquito screens on all windows, an electric grill for the balcony, a kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances (Siemens induction cooktop and oven, dishwasher), toaster, egg cooker, large fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, 55-inch Samsung flat-screen TV (Netflix and Prime available with your own account), Bose soundbar, washing machine, clothes drying rack, very comfortable 180x200 box-spring beds, large wardrobes with safes in the bedrooms, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, DSL Wi-Fi, and much more.

Beautiful paths to the village—with great restaurants—lead through an olive grove or right along the sea to a romantic konoba, inviting you to take an evening stroll. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, with the first swimming spot at Mavarštica Beach. A beautiful path leads directly along the sea in 15–20 minutes to a very lovely natural beach; what is likely the world’s smallest nude beach is another 5 minutes further on.

The UNESCO World Heritage sites of Trogir (10 minutes by car) and Split (40 minutes by car) are accessible via various routes. The location offers countless excursion options in the Dalmatia region, for which you’ll receive additional tips—from castles and stalactite caves to wonderful waterfall areas.

I recommend renting a car for fantastic excursions, even though it isn’t absolutely necessary, since Uber and taxis are available and many destinations can also be reached via Trogir (10-minute drive)—for example, by bus or ferry.
