The apartment includes one double bedroom with a private bathroom and a comfortable double bed, along with three single bedrooms, each furnished with a 1.5-size single bed. There is one full bathroom and an additional shower, offering convenience for larger groups. The spacious living room features large, comfortable two- and three-seater sofas, and the fully equipped kitchen and dining area make it easy to prepare and enjoy meals together.

The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxation and enjoyment. Large terraces offer stunning sea and garden views, while a private garden surrounded by olive trees provides a peaceful setting. There is also a BBQ area for outdoor meals and exclusive access to a tennis court. Guests are asked to respect neighboring properties and avoid entering private gardens.

In terms of location, Nea Chili Beach is just a short three-minute drive or a 20-minute walk away. Alexandroupolis city center can be reached in about ten minutes by car, and nearby shops, cafés, restaurants, and a bus stop are also just three minutes by car or a 20-minute walk.

The home should be treated with care and respect, with no shoes on beds or furniture, and trash disposed of regularly. Any damage should be reported immediately.

Smoking is not allowed indoors but is permitted on terraces and in the garden. Pets are not allowed unless approved in advance. Quiet hours are from 11:00 PM to 6:00 AM, and guests are asked to be mindful of neighbors, especially in shared outdoor spaces.

Free, secure, private parking is available on-site. Air conditioning should be turned off when leaving the room or apartment, and should not be used with windows open.
