In the popular vacation resort of Marienlyst you will find this charming, bright vacation home with space for a small family. Look forward to spending sociable hours at mahtimes in the pretty living room. The tasteful and personal furnishings create a very pleasant, homey atmosphere where you will immediately feel at home.



When the weather is nice, you can retire to the wooden terrace and eat outside. On summer days, let your children play on the property while you relax in the garden furniture with a cold refreshment or your vacation reading.

Das Haus ist alt und dementsprechend sind die Räume klein, besonders das Bad ist winzig.

Die Küche haben wir nicht viel genutzt, bietet aber ausreichend Geschirr etc.Die Terrasse ist sehr groß und sehr gut ausgestattet, das Haus liegt an einer stärker befahrenen Straße, hat aber dadurch den Vorteil, dass man zu Fuß in 3 Minuten am Strand und in ca 15 Minuten im Ortskern ist.Die Nähe zum Strand und die große Terrasse Punkten eindeutig (zumindest wenn das Wetter mitspielt)

Enttäuschend

Die Schlüsselübergabe mittels Safe war super. Das Haus ist definitiv renovierungsbedürftig und teilweise sehr abgewohnt. Der Garten war heruntergekommen und überhaupt nicht gepflegt. Dementsprechend waren auch die Gartenmöbel und die „ hochwertigen Loungemöbel“ verdreckt und vermoost. Ich weiß nicht wann das Haus das letzte mal gereinigt wurde. Sämtliche Räume waren mit Spinnweben, Spinnen und ich vermute Asseln in Ecken und unter den Betten besiedelt. Wir haben zuerst den Staubsauger genommen und durchgesaugt. Das Bad selber: naja. Eher unterdurchschnittlich. Schlussendlich haben wir uns nicht wirklich dort wohl gefühlt und sind dann auch 1 Tag früher wieder abgereist. Ach ja, die Lage war sehr gut. Aber weiterempfehlen möchte ich diese Unterkunft nicht und noch mal würden wir das Haus sicher nicht mehr mieten. Die 89€ für die Endreinigung haben uns auch geärgert, denn das Ferienhaus haben wir nicht schmutziger verlassen als es bei Ankunft war.
