Load the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Place all used bed linens and towels in the laundry room prior to checking out.
Trash pick up is on Thursday mornings. Please ensure trash cans are pulled to the end of the driveway by the side of the road if your stay is on a Wed or Thur.
Thermostat no lower than 68 and no higher than 74. The thermostat should be set to 72 upon checkout.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

The house was very nice and had an open floor plan. Very close to Birch Run and Bonners Christmas store. Price was reasonable too. I would recommend it to friends.Thanks

The house was clean, i slept like a rock and it was less than 5 miles from frankenmuth. I wasn't crazy about entering thru the back door. The uneven ground made it difficult for my 89 year old dad who uses a cane. The house sold after I had rented it so there were a couple of discrepancies, however, I would stay there again. There may have been issues that the new owner wasn't aware of. I would recommend the house to friends.

We had an amazing time at this property! Contacted the host a couple times with questions and got answers right away. We are already talking about staying there again next year!
