First and most important, this is NOT a one bedroom apartment. It is very clearly a studio. I asked the host prior to our stay to clarify this and they said that it is a one bedroom with a wall and a door between the living space and the bedroom. They lied. The check-in was a nightmare because we were told that the key lock was on a bike rack near the place. It was a block away on a steel rack around a tree. We had to try several locks before we found the right one. The sheets, comforters and pillows are all white and all stained as has been mentioned in other reviews. Easy fix? Finally, the air conditioner doesn’t keep the place comfortable. It wasn’t very hot outside but the portable air conditioner isn’t sufficient.

Unfortunately, this was one of the worst Vrbo experiences I've had. We booked this property because it advertised air conditioning, but from the first night the apartment stayed around 80°F even with the AC running continuously. We reported the issue immediately and followed every troubleshooting step the host suggested, including sealing the window around the portable AC. The host repeatedly acknowledged there was an AC problem and told us a technician would come, but no one ever arrived during our stay. Communication became increasingly frustrating. After we continued asking for a resolution, we were told late at night to find another place to stay instead of the issue being resolved. Later, the host claimed the AC was working properly, which contradicted the earlier messages acknowledging the problem. If reliable air conditioning is important to you, especially during warmer weather, I would not recommend this property based on my experience.

Great apartment! We were comfortable and enjoyed being central to everywhere we needed to go. The neighborhood is very cool and we found lots of good food
