The holiday apartment Baita Pemont is located in the north of Livigno in a very quiet and sunny area. It boasts a strategic position both during summer and winter season. The 45 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (a twin or double bedroom can be arranged upon request) and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, heating as well as a TV. Upon request, there is also a baby cot (subject to availability).
The holiday apartment also offers 2 private balconies where you can relax in the evening.
The property is located near a cross-country track, just a few bus stops from the main ski lifts and a few metres from a cycle path. After a short walk you will reach the centre of the village.
A parking space is available on the property and 1 in a garage. Families with children are welcome. A maximum of 1 pet is allowed for a fee. Air conditioning is not available. Wi-Fi is available and suitable for video calls.
Ski storage (including a boot warmer) is available. The property has motorbike and bicycle storage. This property has recycling rules, more information is provided on-site.
