Our group of 15 had an amazing time at the Haven in the Highlands. The cabin is exactly as shown in pictures, but the views are even better in person! The hosts are amazing from the point of booking through check out. Very responsive and on top of making sure your stay is as great as you expect.

Great property. Stayed 7 days in July. Location was great-it seemed like everything was only 20 minutes away. House was clean and very comfortable. Kids enjoyed Dollywood and everybody enjoyed "The Island". Jeff owner was very responsive. Would book again if we go back to Pigeon Forge.

We loved our stay at Haven in the Highlands. Jeff is an excellent host. Any time I reached out to Him I would have a response within 30 minutes or less. The house is beautiful and the views from the back porch were amazing. The kitchen is very well stocked. The beds were very good, best I have had in any VRBO. The pool was a great hit with the grandchildren. The location was convenient to all the attractions. Everyone in our group LOVED it. Thanks Jeff, for being a great host. We will definitely stay again when we are in the area if available. Kaye W.
