Amazing property! The home was super clean and comfortable. The sunset views from the 3rd and 4th floor decks are breathtaking.The location is even better. It’s a 2 min walk to the restaurants and shops. 2 min walk to the beach!Brian was fantastic and communicated throughout. We frequently stay in vacation rentals and he definitely exceeded our expectations of a host.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at this rental. The host was very responsive to my questions both before I booked and after.The location is very convenient. It is a short walk to the beach and the Siesta Key restaurant area. If you are looking for a place where you don't need to drive anywhere, this is an excellent option.The house conveniently provides beach chairs and towels as well as a cooler and wagon to pull your things to the beach. Additionally, the kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, cookware, and dishware. If you stop at a grocery store on the way you have everything you need to cook a meal at the house.The house was very clean and the WIFI worked perfectly fine. The house is broken up into four levels. You can take the stairs between floors or there is an elevator you can use to go between floors. The master bedroom is the only room on the top floor providing privacy from the rest of the house but the room is very large so there is space if a child needed to sleep in the room as well. There is a balcony with beautiful views of the beach as well as a very large bathroom and shower.The other two bedrooms are on the second floor, and each have their own bathroom. The setup is perfect for adults or children with each room having a full and twin bed as well as tv's. The main living area on floor two has a balcony, as well as a living and dining area and a half bathroom.The yard has a grill that is available to guests as well.Overall, great place.
