Excellent location in Avellaneda, just a few meters from Plaza La Estación and close to Alto Avellaneda shopping mall. Only 15 minutes by car from Buenos Aires City (CABA), approximately a 15-minute walk from Darío Santillán train station, and with public transportation to CABA available just 3 blocks away. Ideal for comfortable and quiet stays
The neighborhood is lively and well connected. Just half a block away is Plaza La Estación, where food fairs, live music, and public events are often held on weekends. The area also offers easy access to supermarkets, cafés, hospitals, and CBC UBA Avellaneda, part of the University of Buenos Aires (UBA), one of Argentina’s most recognized public universities
