A five min walk from the Farmers Market and downtown Overland Park!!!
The space features a full bed plus a sofa bed as well as private bathroom including shower. The apartment is located above the detached garage of the home with owner on site for any issues that should come up. . Private entrance and off street parking in driveway room for up to two cars.
Property does not have a kitchen however there are over 20 restaurants within six blocks of you and the apartment does include a mini fridge for your drinks or ToGo boxes.
