Wir hatten ein super schönes verlängertes Wochenende mit 7 Erwachsenen im Haus. Das Haus liegt wunderschön an der Bode, die Zimmer sind geräumig und der große Esstisch bietet gemütlichen Platz zum Essen und Spielen. Die Kommunikation war jederzeit schnell und freundlich. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

entspannter Kurzurlaub mit Freunden

Wir waren zu zwölft (8 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder) in der Butzenresidenz und hatten ein paar tolle Tage! In Haus und Garten war alles vorhanden, wir hatten genug Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten für alle und die Vermieterin war immer ansprechbar. Den großen Garten und den tollen kleinen Wasserfall haben wir alle sehr genossen. Vielen Dank!

Tolle Ferienwohnung für große Runden mit langem Tisch für alle!

Sehr nette Vermieterin und eine wunderschöne Wohnung direkt am Bach! Im Wintergarten steht ein riesiger Tisch, an dem man in großer Runde gemeinsam essen und Brettspiele spielen kann. Dabei hört man das sanfte Rauschen des Baches - einfach herrlich! Die Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und hat eine sehr bequeme Atmosphäre. Komme gerne wieder.

Echte Konkurrenz für „Ferien auf Saltkrokan“

Kennen Sie Astrid Lindgrens „Ferien auf Saltkrokan“? Das alte gemütliche Holzhaus am Meer, in das man sich auf der Stelle verliebt? Zugegeben, die Butzenresidenz liegt nicht am Meer. Das vermisst man aber auf diesem herrlichen Grundstück am Bergflüsschen auch wirklich nicht! Das alte, modern eingerichtete und gepflegte Holzhaus liegt herrlich ruhig im hintersten Winkel des Bodetals, ist innen wunderbar geräumig und gemütlich zugleich. Bei schönem Wetter ist es im Garten aber noch viel schöner. Er lädt ein zum Spielen, Toben, Grillen und Lagerfeuer machen und auch für Yoga-Begeisterte gibt es reichlich ruhige Ecken ab vom Familientrubel. Die beiden großzügigen Sitzgruppen laden zur ausgiebigen Kaffeetafel und Mahlzeiten im Freien ein. Abends zur Dämmerung wird es noch einmal richtig spannend mit Fledermausbeobachtung über dem Fluss und Füchsen, Dachsen und Waschbärfamilien rund um das Grundstück. Wenn Sie mit Ihrer Familie einen herrlichen Urlaub inmitten der Natur verbringen möchten, besuchen Sie die Butzenresidenz! Wir haben das Haus eingenommen und uns sofort wohl gefühlt. Außengelände war für alle Altersklassen schön. Kinder konnten Spielsachen und den großen Garten entdecken. Wir Großen hatten mehrere Refugien zum Schwatzen, die dazugehörige Bode war für alle interessant. Passendes Wetter, schöne Wanderung vom Objekt aus! Einfach perfekt für uns. Auch die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett.
