3-room apartment for up to 4 people, approximately 5 m². Two bedrooms with a double bed or twin beds, living room with a couch, TV, separate dining area, fully equipped kitchen area, balcony, bathroom with shower and toilet. Wi-Fi and parking space available.

You’ll stay in a modern, high-quality 3-room holiday apartment with a lake view. With its approx. 55 m², the apartment comfortably accommodates up to 4 people.
It features two separate bedrooms. One bedroom has two separate single beds and its own flat-screen TV, while the other bedroom features a double bed in the cosy attic.
The open-concept living area features a comfortable sofa set facing a Smart TV. You also have unlimited, free internet access. From the separate dining area, you can enjoy a side view of the North Sea through the large, floor-to-ceiling windows.
In addition, the holiday rental features a fully equipped kitchen area and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The holiday rental also includes a balcony with cosy seating.
You are, of course, welcome to use the spacious indoor swimming pool with a counter-current system, as well as the Finnish sauna, free of charge for your relaxation.
The holiday rental also includes a designated parking space for you on the parking deck.

Our Residenz Passat is a beautifully situated holiday apartment complex in Cuxhaven-Döse. It’s only about 150 m to the beach and the beach house. The complex features 52 holiday apartments for 1–6 people.
Recreational amenities: Children’s playground, indoor swimming pool with counter-current system, and Finnish sauna included.

Parking space on the parking deck or in the underground garage, corresponding to your apartment number (max. clearance height 1.85 m, parking space width 2.20 m – 2.40 m; no entitlement to a replacement parking space).

Bicycle rental at the Kurparkresidenz: H&P guests receive a 10% discount on standard bikes (e-bikes excluded).

Beach chair rental at especially favourable rates (only while supplies last). Please reserve your beach chair in advance by phone.
Coin-operated washing machines and dryers are available on the premises.
Check-in on Sundays and holidays is between 12:00 p.m. and 2:00 p.m.



Check-in is available from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., and check-out from 5:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.
