Cosy, rustic chalet "Le Cabanon". In a sunny position, on the lake. Stepped path (39 steps) to the house. Roofed, parking (limited number of spaces) at the house. Shop 15 km, grocery 450 m, supermarket 5.4 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Gare St-Gingolph" 350 m, railway station "Saint-Gingolph" 400 m, thermal baths "Lavey-les-Bains" 31 km, bathing lake 1 m. Nearby attractions: Swissvapeur Parc, Bouveret 6 km, Aquaparc Bouveret 6 km, Evian-Les-Bains 17 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Portes du Soleil 40 km, Bernex FR 24 km. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lac Léman. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
