Guests can also enjoy a coffee on the balcony with a k-cup style coffee maker which is located on the kitchen counter,

Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take all trash to the last door on your right past the elevator inside is a recycle container and rubbish container please dispose of properly ensure to remove any perishable food thank you
Please ensure all towel are gathered into a pile , please ensure you place the key card back in white bowl on kitchen counter this is very important as there is a 200 dollar lost key card fee
Please turn off all lite and air conditioners please leave fans running please make sure all windows are shut and sliding glass door , please return the 3 beach chairs and 2 boggie boards to balcony
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Fajardo is a beautiful small town on the Island north east coast it has all the things you need of a big city such as super walmart and many grocery stores a movie theater and so on but still has the small town vibe Fajardo is home of the best marinas on the island as well you can go to the beach one of the many marinas for a nice lunch or choose to hike to a waterfall all in the same day and El Yunque the rain forest is only about 10 miles away

We are the two tallest residential buildings on the island it offers amazing oceanfront views with a spectacular oceanfront pool the grounds are fully gated for privacy
