Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Please remove all trash to the green dumpster beside townhomes across parking lot
Do not leave patio umbrella open. If you open the patio umbrella please close when you finish using the table each time. Wind will break the umbrella.
Do Not leave windows or doors open. The bugs are attracted to light and will fill the home resulting in additional fees.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Door code and Driving Directions will be emailed 24 to 48hrs before arrival provided you have sent a valid ID matching person reserving property. 25+
Must be over 25 years old to reserve our properties and produce a valid US ID with signed rental agreement before door codes are released
