This well-designed, spacious, bright and quiet two-room apartment is located in the trendy Altlindenau district, just 5 km from the main train station and city center. The apartment is in the rear building, 1st floor of a well-kept old building and has a balcony with a beautiful view. The fully equipped new kitchen has a dishwasher, refrigerator, stove with oven, kettle, coffee maker, toaster and a small seating area. The living room has a sofa bed and a HD TV, and a dining table for 4 people. The balcony leads off this room. In the bedroom, next to the 1.60 m wide bed, you will find a cupboard and a showcase to store your belongings. The entire property has fast WiFi. Only a 2-minute walk away you can reach a supermarket for your shopping and a gas station. Various restaurants and cafés, as well as a launderette, are within walking distance.
