The space
This spacious home is designed to comfortably accommodate large groups with multiple levels and plenty of room to gather or relax. With 8 bedrooms and 23 beds, the home can comfortably sleep up to 28 guests, making it ideal for family gatherings and group getaways.

The main floor features a fully equipped kitchen with a wine fridge, a large dining room perfect for group meals, and a bright living room with a cozy fireplace. This level also includes one bedroom and a bathroom.

Upstairs, you’ll find four additional bedrooms and two bathrooms, providing comfortable sleeping space for families and groups. One of the bathrooms features a relaxing jetted tub.

The lower level includes three more bedrooms, a bathroom, and a game room with a pool table, creating a great space for entertainment and relaxation.

The home also includes a dedicated workspace, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and a gym area.

Outside, guests can enjoy the pool, hot tub with outdoor TV, fire pit, grill, basketball area, and outdoor seating, making it easy to relax and spend time together both indoors and outdoors.

Guest access
Guests will have full access to the entire home and outdoor areas during their stay. This includes the kitchen, living room, dining room, bedrooms, bathrooms, game room, gym area, laundry room with washer and dryer, and dedicated workspace.

Outside, guests are welcome to enjoy the pool, hot tub, fire pit area, grill, and basketball area.

The property is private and exclusively for guests during their reservation.

Other things to note
Please bring firewood if you plan to use the fire pit.

The pool is open seasonally, typically from late May through early September, depending on weather conditions. Pool heating is available upon request for an additional fee.

A refundable security deposit is required prior to check-in. The amount varies depending on the length of the stay.

Pets are welcome with prior approval and a $300 pet fee.

Please note that propane is not provided for the grill.

This home is ideal for families and quiet groups. Parties, loud noise, and unauthorized guests are not permitted.
