This newly renovated (2024) villa complex lies in the heart of Canggu and contains 2 spacious villas, large private parking. Each villa contains: 1 AC living room w kitchen, 3 spacious AC bedrooms, 2 en-suite bathrooms, 1 with bath tub ( 1 shared between 2 bedrooms), each its own private garden & pool (10x4 m and 6x4m). This large complex is right in the middle of Canggu & walking distance to many restaurants and the beach. Plenty of space to book with a group, but can also be booked separately

The space
These two spacious identical villas offer a great space for a large family or a group of friends. This is a large & private oasis in the middle of Canggu. In this property you are central yet the area is super spacious (as opposed to many new listings) . The villas are completely separated but groups can access each villa through a gate in the back to visit, so easy to share with plenty of private space at the same time.

Our villas feature a closed in AC- living area, which serves as living room, dining room and kitchen. The villas combines stylish Bali charm with modern comforts to offer our guests the best of both worlds. The AC living rooms have a smart TV, wireless internet, fans and plenty of couches to hang out on. The fully equipped kitchens contain a large fridge, hot and cold water dispenser, toaster, stove and blender. There is a baby-cot & 1 folding bed available for rent. The stylish wooden furniture, beautiful lighting and well-kept garden create a peaceful environment to relax in.

If you book the villas with a group you still have a lot of privacy as the pool area, balcony and garden offer different opportunities to spend undisturbed private time. The houses are also ideal for large families. When booked with 14 guests we add a folding bed to one of the bedrooms downstairs & make up a sofa bed in the other villa’s downstairs bedroom.

The fully air-conditioned sleeping quarters contain 6 double bedrooms with king-sized beds with mosquito nets and 4 spacious private bathrooms. The beautiful private garden opens up to the large pool area in one villa, in the other the pool is in the garden. Plenty of space as the pool is 10 x 4 m. and has a bale for relaxing in the first villa, the second pool is 6x4 m. The villas contain a terrace with outdoor seating, (one outside storage space for surfboards) and a large private parking area with CCTV.

Location : The villas are a 5 minute walk away from famous surfing beach Echo Beach and is surrounded by many nice restaurants and cafes. Echo beach & Batu Bolong beach are really a stone throw away!
If you want to experience the real canggu vibe, this is the place for you. The airport is about an hour to 2 hours drive, depending on traffic.

Price includes:

There’s many great restaurants for breakfast and other meals at walking distance. Also Go-jek is very handy so you can order from the surplus of amazing restaurants in this area. No need to leave the villa at all :)

Airport pick up service can be arranged for an additional charge of IDR Rp. 300.000 one way after 9 pm is IDR rp 50.000 more.

The villa is private and all yours except for the laundry area. That is maid area only. For your laundry please use outside laundromat, maids can assist

Other things to note
Please note if you book anywhere in a central part of Canggu it will not be super quiet- its basically impossible as there will either be restaurants/nightlife or construction nearby, that is what Canggu is so if youre looking for serenity please book elsewhere in Bali. Please note this clearly communicated & outside hosts control.

The villa has an excellent location and you can walk to several restaurants and the beach.

The parking space is shared in a complex with two other private villas. There is one main gate which gives access to these three accomodation.

Turning the AC off when you leave the apartment is highly appreciated as leaving them on wastes unnecessary energy on an island like Bali where resources are limited. The room cools quickly once its turned on when you like to use the bedroom.

We also recommend to re-use towels as thousands of liters of water is wasted in Bali every day, if you don't want to use your towels anymore- pls ask the maid and she will change them for you.

Leaving a tip for staff is customary and always greatly appreciated. Manager is available on whatsap.
