In 2022, this house was built in the middle of the vacation home park Wolfsschlucht near Prüm in the district Walcherath, which is under construction. Here you can spend your vacation in an energetically optimized and high quality furnished vacation home at a preferential price before the completion of the vacation home park.

Up to 4 persons find place in the house with 2 bedrooms. Through floor-to-ceiling windows you have a wonderful view of the outdoors. After an active day in nature, make yourself comfortable by your own fireplace or relax in the sauna.

Outside you can make yourself comfortable on the open terrace. You have an electric grill at your disposal.

Near the vacation home start a variety of marked hiking trails where you can explore the fascinating nature of the Eifel, mountain bike trails, bike trails and much more.

The recreation area Wolfschlucht belongs to the municipality of Prüm. As a recognized climatic health resort in the German-Belgian Nature Park, Prüm has a forest swimming pool, indoor leisure pool with sauna, solarium with medical bath department, spa park, tennis court and indoor riding arena. From your vacation accommodation you can start your outdoor activities directly. Well-developed hiking and biking trails, sights and nature are waiting to be explored by them. Marked hiking trails open up the landscape and offer wonderful views and resting opportunities. This applies in the same way to the excursion areas "Wolfsschlucht", "Schwarzer Mann", "Prümer Kalkmulde" as well as to the valley of "Schönecker Schweiz" with its bizarre rock formations. Also the Mare of the volcano Eifel are not far away and offer impressive nature experiences as well as an insight into the geological peculiarities of this area.

For a carefree cycling fun in the border triangle Germany-Luxembourg-Belgium, the railroad routes "Prümtal-Radweg" and "Eifel-Ardennen-Radweg" offer best conditions for families and seniors. The premium cycle paths are signposted throughout.
Culinary, the Eifel region offers regional specialties as well as international culinary delights according to individual tastes.

In the winter months, when snow conditions are good, you can enter a groomed cross-country ski trail at a distance of only about 50 meters or reach the ski area Wolfsschlucht (570 meters above sea level) with drag lift and the ski lodge operated by the ski club Prüm all year round at a distance of about 250 meters. At a distance of about 14 km is the somewhat larger ski and recreation area ?Schwarzer Mann? (697 m above sea level) can be reached.
