This beautifully updated second-floor condo at the Holiday House Condominiums offers a bright, relaxing space designed for an easy and enjoyable coastal vacation. Located just one mile from Footbridge Beach, you’ll be close to sandy beaches, local restaurants, antique shops, and all the charm of Wells and nearby Ogunquit.

This thoughtfully arranged condo comfortably accommodates up to 4 guests with 1 Queen bed and 2 Twin beds, making it ideal for couples, small families, or friends traveling together. The open studio-style layout creates a spacious feel while still offering comfort and convenience throughout your stay.

The kitchenette is equipped with everything needed for simple vacation meals and snacks, including a microwave, air fryer, mini refrigerator, and Keurig coffee maker for your morning coffee before heading out to the beach. A double vanity bathroom provides extra space and convenience for guests getting ready after a day in the sun.

To make your vacation even easier, linens and towels are included, along with beach essentials ready for your use. Guests also have access to the beautifully maintained outdoor pool area — the perfect place to cool off and relax during warm summer afternoons.

Whether you're spending your days at Footbridge Beach, exploring Ogunquit and Wells, enjoying local seafood restaurants, or simply relaxing poolside, this cozy coastal condo is the perfect home base for your Southern Maine vacation.

Things to Know!!
This rental is located on the 2nd Floor.
E-Lock for easy access.
* You Must Register when you arrive!! $50/incident for not registering a renter, owner, or guest completely by 3 PM the day following arrival with name, dates of arrival and departure, number of occupants, state and license plate number. (You will be responsible for this fine if you do not do so.)
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 8 AM
• NO PETS ALLOWED NO EXCEPTIONS!
• Smoking (of any kind) is not permitted anywhere outside the condo buildings, except for the open lawn areas out by the picnic tables.
• Renters are prohibited from using fire pits.

Pool Area:
o Pool Hours: Open 9 AM to 9 PM
o The pool is open Memorial Day through Labor Day.
o Open the gate by pushing down on the handle and opening the gate.
o Children under the age of 12 shall be accompanied by a responsible adult. o Children in diapers shall wear waterproof bathing diapers.
o Please use paper or plastic as NO GLASSWARE is allowed in the pool area.
o Renters are allowed only two guests in the pool.

• The speed limit on the property is 5 MPH.
• Park in designated areas only. For the condo units, this is the paved area in front
of the buildings. ( 1 CAR PERMITTED)
