- An exterior camera in the front entry and front yard is installed solely to monitor our cleaning team for quality and security purposes.

- Parking is available for 4 vehicles in the driveway. Please note that street parking is not allowed.

- Guests must be 25 years or older to book this property.

- There are 3 keys located in the lockbox on the left side of the home for your convenience. Please make sure all 3 keys are returned to the lockbox at checkout so they’re available for the next guest. Lost or missing keys will incur a replacement fee of $25 per key. Thank you for your help and cooperation!

- Boat Policy: The boat on the property is strictly off-limits and is not included with the rental. Guests may not board, move, operate, or touch the boat under any circumstances. Boat lift is also off limits and can't be used by guests.



GUEST VERIFICATION:

To help ensure a smooth and secure stay for all guests, the primary guest listed on the reservation may be asked to complete a quick verification process within 48 hours of booking, depending on the platform used to book the reservation.



Prior to check-in, guests may also be asked to sign a Rental Agreement that includes agreeing to our rental terms and conditions and, on certain booking platforms, providing a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card before arrival.



Included with your booking is our damage waiver coverage, which helps protect against accidental, self-reported damage during your stay when reported prior to check-out.
