Welcome to The No. 1 Stay on Broadway, a cozy, design-forward 3BR/2BA home in the heart of Grove City. Enjoy soft beds, TVs in every room, a fully stocked kitchen, and organic modern style throughout. Sip coffee on the charming front porch, unwind by the backyard fire pit, or stroll downtown just a few minutes away. With comfort, charm, and curated vibes, this stay truly lives up to its name.

IMPORTANT:
Just a quick heads-up: the upstairs bedroom (double bed & full bathroom and walk in closet) and part of the stairway have lower ceiling heights. It adds to the home’s cozy charm, but please watch your head and take care when moving upstairs to avoid injury and to avoid bumping your head.

I`m genuinely so happy you’ll be staying here, I want you to feel as comfortable as if you were visiting a friend. This home is yours to enjoy during your time in Grove City: curl up on the sofa, share a meal or game around the table, or end the night by the fire pit under the stars.

Cheryl was very helpful with a few issues related to receiving the check-in information. I appreciated her texting with me to get everything resolved and facilitating an early check-in. The property is in a great location for the nearby wedding venue, and the town is charming.We were a little surprised by the condition of the property when we arrived. The yard appeared somewhat unkempt, and there were a few areas of the house that could use some additional attention and updating. The upstairs area was comfortable, but a few small additions would make the space more functional, such as another place to set personal items in the bathroom.We also did not find a house book or other information explaining things such as where the washer and dryer were located or where to leave used towels as requested. We eventually found the laundry area in the basement, but having those instructions readily available would have been helpful.Overall, the location and Cheryl’s responsiveness were definite positives. With some attention to the property, outdoor areas, and guest instructions, the house could provide a much more polished and comfortable experience.
