Due to its size and amenities, the rooftop apartment is affectionately known as the “cosy nest.” It is located on the upper floor of the right half of the house and is accessible via a wooden staircase. It features a combined living and dining area with a sofa, a dining nook, a small built-in kitchen (oven with a 4-burner stove, refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, etc.), and a small storage closet.<br>The bedroom features a 1.60 m wide box-spring bed (2 x 80 cm mattresses), a balcony facing the dike, and a magnificent view of the marshes at the rear. The shower room with toilet is tiled with quarry stone, which gives this attic bathroom a special charm. The living room and bedroom are connected via a small connecting room that offers additional storage space.<br>The sauna with shower is located in the separate entrance. (Available for use by the 3 units in the building for a fee)<br>The apartment, featuring exposed roof beams, has a large rooftop terrace overlooking the marshes and the dike.
