Welcome to “Haus Oberlin”! This holiday rental is ideal for a Borkum holiday for 2 people (up to 3 people can stay here). You’ll feel right at home here!

Spanning 50 m² of living space, the apartment features a cosy living/dining room with a kitchenette, a separate bedroom, a hallway, and a shower room. Bright rooms, modern furnishings, and original artwork create a very inviting and warm atmosphere. A particular highlight is the apartment’s own covered terrace facing west, where you can enjoy the sun in the afternoons and early evenings during the summer when the weather is nice. It’s a wonderful spot to spend a quiet tea or coffee break!

The cosy furnishings invite you to relax—whether reading in the recliners, watching TV on the couch or in bed, or enjoying a game night at the dining table.

The kitchenette is fully equipped for convenient self-catering—including a four-burner ceramic cooktop, a microwave, and various small appliances.

The holiday rental’s separate bedroom features a comfortable double bed (two individual mattresses, each 90 x 200 cm; head and foot sections are height-adjustable). Additional sleeping space is provided by the fold-out sofa bed in the living room (sleeping area 160 x 200). The apartment has roller blinds for blackout.

Our Apartment No. 6 is often booked together with Apartment No. 7 by couples or families who are friends. Both apartments are located right next to each other. The dining table can be extended for shared meals or game nights.

General Information:
Free Wi-Fi is available. A hair dryer in the bathroom is provided, as are a clothes drying rack, a vacuum cleaner, a travel cot, and a high chair. You can do your laundry in the coin-operated washing machine in the building’s communal basement. A clothes dryer is also available here for all guests of the building. There is a parking space right next to the building. Bicycles may be parked at the back of the building, in the courtyard, or on the apartment’s private terrace. This is a non-smoking property. Pets are not allowed. The apartment is located on the ground floor and can be accessed via a separate entrance with five steps from Norderreihe.

Borkum holiday near the beach!

“Haus Oberlin,” located at the corner of Kirchstraße and Norderreihe, is in a central yet quiet location very close to the beach and is highly appreciated by our guests. Just a 5-minute walk and you’re at Borkum’s main beach!
Its proximity to the island’s train station, supermarkets, restaurants, and boutiques ensures you’ll have the perfect holiday.

The Lange Fenne, a vast expanse of meadows and pastures, begins right behind the house. Here, among horse pastures and water ditches, you can set out on long walks or bike rides.

Our cosy holiday apartments with balconies or terraces are wonderful, comfortable places for two to four people.
