You’ll find a truly wonderful house for a family holiday in Fedderwardersiel on the North Sea.
Right next door is the fishing harbour, where you can usually get delicious fish sandwiches, see real fishing boats, and—with a little luck—even spot seals lounging in the harbour basin.
HAUS JOOST is perfect for a holiday with the whole family. A private space for the kids, featuring two single beds (0.90 x 2.00), a smart TV, and a closet, as well as two additional bedrooms equipped with box-spring beds (1.80 x 2.00), wardrobes, and Smart TVs. A travel cot and a high chair are also available.
The highlight is the underfloor heating, which also functions as cooling on warm days.
The large bathroom with a shower, tub, and private sauna is perfect for true wellness moments. On the ground floor, you’ll also find a separate shower room.
From the living/dining area with an open kitchen and wood-burning stove, you have direct access to the covered terrace and the adjacent lawn.
The interior design is high-quality, well-thought-out, and chosen with great attention to detail. — A true home where you’ll feel right at home in every season, designed to meet the highest standards and offer authentic North Sea enjoyment.

We felt very comfortable from start to finish. The property was very cosily furnished and clean. The highlight for us was the sauna, which we used regularly. The house is located in a quiet holiday home community, and the community itself is very neat and clean.

Die Lage des Hauses ist toll, von der Terrasse hat man einen schönen Blick auf den Deich. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet mit Töpfen und Pfannen die man gern benutzt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Für Familien mit Kindern eher nicht geeignet. In den Osterferien war das wenige, was angeboten wird, noch geschlossen oder z. B. die Pferdehöfe nicht erreichbar. In der Anlage wurde ständig der Rasen gemäht Es war insgesamt auch durch Bauarbeiten sehr laut.Eine trostlose Siedlung

Gepflegtes sauberes Haus, abgepasstes Geschirr, aber Spülmaschine;schöne Terasse, aber kein Grill,

Wir hatten als Familie (3-70Jahre)sehr schöne Tage. Das Haus liegt 5 Gehminuten vom kleinen schönen Hafen. Es gab dort gute Restaurants. Wir hatten einen Grill mitgebracht und konnten den Garten genießen.

Haus Joost

Wir können nur positives sagen. Von der Buchung bis über Check-In bis zum Check-Out hat alles super funktioniert. Das Haus war wie beschrieben und liegt super zentral zum Hafen. Bei Fragen hat man super schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
