Experience special moments in this green oasis!

Three fully equipped holiday apartments, each with 2 bedrooms, offer enough space for you and your children.

The offer includes 3 apartments, a total of 6 bedrooms and 3 kitchens. There is also a large communal kitchen, sauna and garden at your disposal.

THE OLD WASHHOUSE - detached holiday home in the garden with 5 beds
EVERSCHOP - Holiday apartment on the 1st floor on the left with 4 beds plus a baby bed
UTHOLM - Holiday apartment on the 1st floor on the right with 4 beds plus a sofa bed

We live in the fourth apartment with 3 bedrooms and a very large living room when we are there.
Larger groups of more than 13 people can book this apartment and then have the entire farm exclusively. Neither we nor other guests would be there in that case. We create an individual offer for you.

HOST APARTMENT FLEUDENBERG - large apartment on the ground floor with 6 beds

The special thing about our magical holiday farm is not the cozy apartments, but the magnificent garden. Enchanted paths lead you past a biotope to a large meadow with a view of the grazing sheep. There are numerous terraces with seating and benches to have breakfast or relax outside. There are also enough children's toys available.
In the evening you sit by the warm fire and look into the distance while your kids sleep peacefully. There is a sauna in the garden and next door the "Klönstube", a common room with a large kitchen and fireplace.
With us you can vacation with several families and each group still has its own area.

Our cleaning company offers a laundry package for 20 euros/person.
This includes a sheet, duvet cover, large towel and two small towels.
You can also bring your own bed linen and towels.

Please send us information about the group size and age of the children with your booking request. This means we can create a personal offer for you and provide equipment such as a high chair/baby bed.
If required, we also have extra mattresses for young and old on site.

Wir haben als Großfamilie mit 15 Personen eine Woche auf dem Hof Fleudenberg verbracht. Die Kinder hatten unendliche Möglichkeiten zu spielen und insbesondere die Klönstube mit der perfekt ausgestatteten Küche bot uns die Möglichkeit gemeinsam zu kochen, alle Mahlzeiten miteinander zu genießen und Brettspiele zu spielen. Die einzelnen Wohnungen waren ebenfalls sehr wohnlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Das Grundstück selbst bietet viele Möglichkeiten: für die Kinder jede Menge Spielgeräte und Spielmöglichkeiten, für die Erwachsenen auch Rückzugsecken um einmal in ein Buch zu schauen oder zu träumen… Alles in allem hatten wir wunderbare Tage trotz wechselhaften Wetters. Die Vermieter sind ausnehmend freundlich und jederzeit ansprechbar. Wir nehmen schöne Erinnerungen mit und kommen gerne wieder!

Wunderbare Entschleunigung

Wir wohnten im alten Waschhaus, ein entzückendes Kleinod. Tolle Anlage für Kinder, da weitläufig, viel zu erleben und doch so begrenzt, dass auch Kleinkinder frei herumtoben können. Die Vermieter sind ohnehin spitze in Kommunikation und Freundlichkeit.

Weihnachtsurlaub in Kotzenbüll

Wir haben die Wohnungen Evershop und Utholm gemietet. Beide waren liebevoll hergerichtet, sauber und gemütlich. Jana hat alles entsprechend unseren Wünschen vorbereitet (mit Kinderstühlen usw.). Der ganze Hof ist einladend und es ist schön auch den Garten inkl. Kinderspielzeugen, Klönstube usw. mitbenutzen zu können - auch wenn das vielleicht im Sommer noch mehr zum Tragen käme. Kleines Manko: Bei dem Preis fand ich die Extragebühr für Bettwäsche fast ein bisschen seltsam, aber das weiß man ja vorher. Insgesamt ein toller Ort für einen Familienurlaub!
