Die FeWo hatte einige Mängel, das Licht am Treppenaufgang ging nicht ,die Tür im Dachgeschoß lässt sich nicht schließen. Eine Matratze hat ein handgrosses Loch.Der Sat Receiver war defekt, wurde dann ausgetauscht. Das Fach für Spühlmittel der Spühlmaschine ist defekt Und Eierbecher gab es auch nicht.Die Schublade vom Schrank im Dachgeschoss ist auch auseinandergefallen.

Leider war Schimmel im Keller des Hauses und es roch sehr unangenehm. Tassen defekt, Rauchmelder nicht alle vorhanden.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommenen, aber große und saubere Wohnung. Die angegebene Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten war leider nicht wirklich gegeben.
