The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels and store extra beds
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Set thermostat to 70*
Lower and close blinds. Place all used towels in tubs.
Place the shed key back on the key rack in the kitchen next to the sliding door. If keys are not returned a fee will be applied.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

We had an amazing stay. The host was available for all questions and concerns. The property was just as it stated it would be scenic, the atmosphere was extremely pleasant. The neighbors are good neighbors as well. All the amenities were available to enjoy yourself. Games , fire pit the dock was in great shape. I would recommend this place. The bedrooms have everything you need. They’re clean. There’s a fan in case you need it. Extra towels, sheets, blankets pillow pillows. It was perfect. Cathy, the host Kevin in touch with updates on things that needed to be done as far as the maintenance man coming to cut the grass and he also put out the trash. From start to finish it was a great place. I’d come to this one every time.

Kathy was absolutely awesome as far as a host. Her communication, responsiveness, and above and beyond accommodations made our family vacation one of the best we’ve had. The house felt comfortable as if we were home and had EVERYTHING we needed to function as a family of 5 .We had everything we needed for the lake and even outdoor/ indoor family games. I cannot say enough good things about the house. It truly felt like heaven! We can’t wait to go back!
