Die Wohnung liegt äußerst günstig zum Weststrand. Aussicht gibt es aus keinem Fenster. Gute Ausstattung. Sehr sauber. Küche und Wohnzimmer sind räumlich getrennt. Preis- Leistung ist für die Lage in Ordnung. W-Lan lief nicht, nur auf dem Flur. Die Wohnung ist so gut abgeschirmt so dass auch die LTE-Verbindungen nicht sauber laufen. Die Matratze ist durchgelegen. Die Einrichtung ist aus den 70ern. Ich würde renovieren (das Bad nicht) und die Wand zwischen Wohnzimmer und Küche einreißen, das wirkt unmodern.

Die Wohnung ist für ältere Menschen nicht geeignet. 1. Zu viele Treppenstufen. 2. Die Holzschwellen in den Türöffnungen, Stolpergefahr. 3. Das tiefe Bett im Schlafzimmer. 4. In der Dusche fehlt ein Haltegriff sowie eine Ablageschale für Shampoo usw.
