On the ground floor of the 3-room maisonette apartment, you’ll find a guest bathroom and the living room with its open, fully equipped kitchen featuring a cooking island. Here, you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Black Forest while cooking and dining together. On the southwest-facing balcony adjoining the living room, you can enjoy the evening sun after a wonderful day in nature.

A wooden staircase leads to the upper floor. There you’ll find the two bedrooms—the larger one with a double bed (180x200 cm) and the smaller one with two single beds (90x200 cm). There’s also a bathroom on the upper floor with a bathtub and shower.

Our holiday rental is located on a quiet cul-de-sac right next to the forest. It is therefore the ideal starting point for relaxing days as well as for active adventures and excursions in the region. The Upper Black Forest offers a wide variety of activities for guests of all ages throughout the year. In summer, this idyllic region is perfect for hiking, biking, or swimming in the surrounding lakes or the newly renovated outdoor pool in Lenzkirch. In winter, on the other hand, it’s a fantastic area for skiing, sledding, and snowshoeing.

The holiday rental is located on the Sommerberg, offering a beautiful view of the town centre and the Black Forest. The town centre is a 10-minute walk from the holiday rental. There you’ll find the town hall, the Kurhaus, the church, two supermarkets, bakeries, a butcher shop, the post office, playgrounds, and the cinema. The Lenzkirch outdoor pool is a 13-minute walk away.
