This apartment on the ground floor of the house offers you everything you need for restful and relaxing days on Borkum. It has a large, spacious living and dining area with a comfortable seating area, a flat screen TV and a modern, fully equipped open kitchen. The prepared dishes can be comfortably enjoyed in the adjoining seating area. The three bedrooms are all equipped with a comfortable box spring bed, in which you will enjoy a restful sleep, and a wardrobe. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a walk-in shower, a toilet, daylight and - as the highlight of the apartment - a private sauna. There is also a guest toilet with a sink and daylight.
In a few minutes you can reach the center of the beautiful island of Borkum, but the apartment is very quiet. You can park your car in a private parking lot. You can use the washing machine and dryer in a common room.

The Sommerwind Alfonso house with 4 apartments was only completed in 2022. Three of these are available for rent and can accommodate six, four or two people. Dogs are welcome in this house!
The Sommerwind Alfonso house impresses with its proximity to the center, yet it is in a very quiet location and invites you to relax and take a deep breath. All three apartments also have their own sauna, which can be used as desired.
