This is a quiet residential neighborhood. I lived here for 20 years and raised a family before deciding to rent it out.

What makes this property unique

Very light for a downstairs apartment. The ground level entrance opens to the rooms being below ground to the bottom of the windows. This moderates temperatures in both summer and winter.
