Steep, narrow motor access to 50 m from the house. Stepped path (105 steps) to the house. Parking at 50 m. Shop 25 km, restaurant 25 km, bus stop 2.8 km, pebble beach 15 m, concrete beach 10 m. The tap water has no drinking water quality.
