It is ideal for 1 or 2 persons moving / visiting Bay Area, 1 car parking. Location: near Apple and Google and 280/85. Located on best neighborhood in Cupertino Hills (Montebello Rd/ Flintlock Rd) with great views of Ridge Winery and Open Space. It is part of a large estate on 5 acres. Cottage is completely private and has its own deck w/ views. It is 100 feet from main house and has many steps going thru the gardens/patios. It has a caracole staircase from top floor going to the bedroom. You will get your daily work out... Enjoy a weekend home in the heart of Silicon Valley. 1 Car Parking. Car is required. Montebello is a hillside road with curves...So Drive Safely on the hills.
