Excellent experience. Host was communicative and responsive. Very nice and safe neighborhood. House was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was cozy and clean. Lots of books to read. Great location only 15 minute drive from downtown. Nice commercial district only 20 minute walk south features a coffee shop and 2 breweries. McDonald’s and Starbucks a 2 minute drive away.Would stay here again without hesitation the next time we visit KC.

Why they chose this property

Roeland Park offers a rare combination of neighborhood charm and city convenience. The streets are lined with mature trees, well-kept homes, and a strong sense of community. On any given day you’ll see neighbors walking their dogs, parents with strollers, children riding bikes, and residents out for an evening jog. That everyday activity creates a welcoming atmosphere that feels both vibrant and reassuring. While the neighborhood is peaceful and residential, guests are only minutes from KU Medical Center, the Country Club Plaza, Westport, Downtown Kansas City, the Crossroads Arts District, and major sporting venues. It’s one of the reasons I fell in love with the area and chose to host here.

Beyond its character and charm, the home offers the practical comforts guests value most: a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable sleeping spaces, dedicated garage and driveway parking, laundry facilities, and a convenient location near many of Kansas City’s most popular destinations.
