The room doors also have this generous width. The apartment can be reached via stairs or the in-house elevator. A parking space is available directly in front of the house. The apartment has a spacious living room with a sofa bed and a large 55" Smart TV as well as a soundbar. The tailor-made open kitchen, which is equipped with dishes and household appliances, is right next to the living room. For enthusiastic cooks, nothing is left to be desired. The apartment " James Cook" also has a spacious balcony on which you can enjoy your breakfast or end the day. Should the weather not be to your liking, you can also enjoy the evenings in front of the cozy and romantic fireplace in the living room.
