The 140 sqm penthouse apartment VITACRAB in Puerto de Santiago is situated in a prime location and offers you a wonderful, unrestricted view of the sea. On a clear day you can see La Gomera in the distance. The high-quality equipment and the unique location will inspire you. On the two generous terraces with approx. 130 square meters you enjoy magic sunsets and absolute peace. With the terrace door open, you will be accompanied to sleep at night by the sound of the sea and woken up in the morning by a wonderful sunrise. The two bedrooms with large double beds and en-suite bathrooms have fitted wardrobes and blackout curtains. The black beaches of Los Gigantes and Playa la Arena are just a few minutes' walk away. There are also excellent restaurants, bars and supermarkets for your daily needs in the immediate vicinity. The apartment has free WLAN in all areas and a 50 inch Sat TV. Top maintained and equipped because so far exclusively used by the owner. I am near the apartment at all times and will be happy to answer your questions.
