Apartment directly by the sea with a large rooftop terrace and BBQ.

Have a unique opportunity to enjoy beautiful sea views directly from your accommodation! Apartment is located in Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago and it offers a full ocean front experience. It is in walking distance from two beautiful sand beaches. It’s a 2 bedroom apartment for up to 6 people.

Luxury 2-bedroom apartment is extremely comfortable, cozy and offers amazing views of the sea, Los Gigantes cliffs and La Gomera. From the living room you have a direct access to the balcony where you can enjoy your morning coffee. You will also have access to your private rooftop terrasse (35m2) where you can sunbath during the day, enjoy drinks in the evening or cook delicious meals on the grill. The view from there is truly spectacular!

There are two bedrooms in the apartment – a master bedroom with a large king size double bed (180x200) and another bedroom with a new queen size double bed (160x200). From the master bedroom you have a direct access to the en-suite bathroom (with a bath), second, smaller, bathroom (with a shower) is accessible from the hallway. In the living room we have a comfortable sofa bed for up to 2 people. There is an air-conditioning in the apartment to make your stay even more comfortable. You are welcome to use our fully furnished kitchen. For coffee lovers there is a coffee machine ready for use, we provide Nespresso and also coffee machine for filtered coffee.
We also provide access to washing machine (private), without additional cost.

Apartment is good for couples, families with kids and group of friends. Apartment is located 2-3 minutes by walk from a beautiful beach La Arena, and Charco del Diablo as well as couple of minutes by walk from Playa Chica. You can reach Los Gigantes either by walk, by car or by bus, the ride takes only couple of minutes and the bus stop is right in front of the apartment.

There is everything you need in the walking distance from the apartment – great restaurants, shops, supermarkets and a bus stop. If you rent a car, apartment is situated 30 minutes from the Tenerife South Airport. There are free parking possibilities in the street not far away from the apartment, don’t hesitate to contact us for more details.

We are also glad to give you travelling tips of how best to get to us, help you to find the best way to come from the airport or let you know about attractions in the area and good places to go. We collaborate with agencies all around the island so we will be happy to help you organise trips, excursions, boat cruises etc, just let us know what you would like to do and we are here to help!

We offer flexible check-in, we are always happy to meet you personally to explain everything you need and would like to know, however if you arrive late it is not problem at all as we have lockbox where we can leave the keys for you. Let us know if you have any questions, we are here for you!

Perfect location

The location of this property was exceptional - great restaurants around it and 2 min walk to the local beach. the view and roof top you could not beat it. Highly recommend the italian restaurant directly across the street.

Location of the apartment was amazing as was the view from the roof terrace but the apartment overall was very dated and badly in need of modernisation. The furniture was very tatty and stained and the rooftop facilities were very poor. Using the rooftop barbecue and utensils would have resulted in food poisoning as they were so dirty. The sun umbrella was wrecked even though the owner said it had been checked before our arrival resulting in us having to buy a sun shade as without it we couldn't stay on the terrace for more than half an hour at a time. Communication with the owners was great as they always replied to our request for an umbrella but its a pity they never fulfilled their promises. Overall this is an apartment with 5 star views, 5 star prices and 2/3 star facilities.

Lovely apartment close to very nice clean beach with views across to La Gomera. Good choice of restaurants and supermarket nearby. Bus stop just a few metres away. Los Gigantes (whale and dolphin watching trips) is only a few minutes on the bus. Apartment is spacious with balcony outside kitchen/living area where we ate breakfast every morning. There is also a large roof terrace upstairs with panoramic views, we often stayed here rather than going to the beach! Terrace has bbq, sunloungers/umbrella and table and chairs. Thankyou Kata for the restaurant recommendations, we booked ahead for a table on the balcony at Cielo y Mar and it was spectacular! Casa Pepe also good. Pogletto, Italian restaurant opposite apartment, was also very good. Would happily book the apartment again if we come back to Tenerife.

Unterkunft für mittlere Ansprüche

Die Unterkunft ist besser geeignet für eine Familie mit Kindern. Zweites Schlafzimmer und Bad sind sehr klein. Die Einrichtung ist "Oldskool" aber zweckmäßig. Wasserhähne und Toilettenspülung sind reparaturbedürftig. Die große Terrasse befindet sich auf dem Dach. Hierfür muss die Unterkunft verlassen werden. Die Lage ist zentral aber nach vorne sehr laut (auch nachts). Nach hinten ist die Brandung bei Flut ebenfalls sehr laut. Die Unterkunft ist renovierungsbedürftig.

Magnifique vue

L'atout principal de ce logement est vraiment la vue mer qui est splendide....la plage toute proche est très appréciable aussi ( 5 mns à pieds). Toutefois, le logement est un peu vieillissant...beaucoup de choses usées ( voir rouillées) , des équipements supplémentaires auraient été utiles ( plateaux pour emporter des choses sur le rooftop, pas de parasol de plage...nous avons dû en acheter un et le laisser à l'appartement car nous sommes venus en avion)....même si Kata, la personne sur place a pu nous dépanner. La deuxième salle deau est très très petite. L'alarme du réfrigérateur se déclenche 2 à 3 fois par jour et nous a réveillé toutes les nuits au moins une fois. L'appartement est situé sur la rue aussi, il y a pas mal de bruit le matin de bonne heure. Nous aurions aussi aimé savoir que l'eau de l'appartement n'est pas potable....c'est très dérangeant... Le ménage n'a pas été fait complètement...des restes de nourriture dans les tiroirs et des miettes. Pour toutes ces raisons, nous trouvons le rapport qualité prix un peu élevé...nous avions un logement plus haut de gamme la semaine précédente pour un prix moins élevé.... Nous avons globalement passé un bon séjour car beaucoup de choses à visiter dans cette partie de l'île.

Super Lage und sehr schöne Dachterrasse

... entschädigt für die spartanische Küchenausstattung. Wir waren zufrieden aber das sehr schmale Doppelbett im 2. Schlafzimmer, nur 3 Kaffeetassen, kein Toster oder Kaffeemaschine ... mindern leider etwas den Gesamteindruck. Eine Ausnahme hierbei ist die Kühl -Gefrierkombination die ist neu und riesig! Einzigartig dafür der Blick von der großen und ruhig gelegenen Dachterrasse :-)

Wow, was für eine Aussicht

Eintreten in die Wohnung und man hat immer wieder dieses „Wow-Erlebnis“. Die große helle Fensterfront beeindruckt mit einer Traumaussicht auf den Atlantik und La Gomera. Wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge und ein prachtvoller Vollmond, der das Meer erhellt. Das alles schon alleine vom Sofa aus, was will man mehr?! Die Dachterrasse ist das Highlight der FeWo, mit einem einzigartigen Rundumblick und Sonne von früh bis spät. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Sie hat eine hochwertige Ausstattung, ist aber etwas in die Jahre gekommen und weist daher einige Gebrauchsspuren auf. Da wir gerne kochen, war die Küchengeräte-Ausstattung eher enttäuschend. Wir werden die Wohnung weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Why they chose this property

We traveled all over Tenerife and it was the west coast and especially Playa La Arena that caught our attention. For us it is the best place in Tenerife, no wind, amazing weather and good connection to other beautiful spots which are a must go when visiting Tenerife. We will be happy to welcome you in our apartment!

What makes this property unique

There is a balcony which is directly accessible from the living room and which is a great spot to admire the ocean and the sunset. However there is also a rooftop terrasse which is private and offers amazing views...ocean is so close that you have an impression that you can touch it! Come and spend couple of days in our beautiful apartment for this unique experience.
