Bring the family (or two) and settle into this cozy, traditional lakefront cabin. Nestled on the west side of Possum Kingdom Lake, this home offers a relaxed and inviting lake experience. The property boasts 180 feet of private shoreline in a protected and calm no-wake cove situated directly across from Bass Hollow Store and downstream from Fox Hollow Camp.

If you are looking for a clean, tidy, and comfortable base camp where you can fish, watch your kids swim off the private boat dock or paddle around in one of our complimentary boats (canoe, kayak, paddle board) this is the place. And for the more adventurous groups, bring your own boat and explore all PK has to offer while utilizing the private dock for secure boat storage throughout your stay. No matter if you want to fish, swim, wake surf or couch surf, this house this is the perfect spot for indoor and outdoor lake fun.

What's Inside:
Inside, you’ll find a straightforward single-story layout tailored specifically for groups up to 10. While the home retains a relaxed, traditional feel, every room is well appointed with fresh, clean designs, new mattresses, high qualify sheets and comforters and lots of pillows to ensure everyone gets a great night's sleep.

Bedroom 1 and 2: Both are well appointed and equipped with super comfortable King-sized beds with high end bedding and lots of pillows. Ample storage for your luggage and dressers to stow away your clothes.

3rd Bedroom aka The Bunk Room: Located directly across the hall from bedroom 1 & 2, this room is perfect for kids and teens or even a couple or a group of 6! It features two bunk beds: a traditional twin over twin bunk as well as a spacious queen over full bunk and also a trundle bed. This rooms also has a dedicated entertainment area with a retro game console as well as an assortment of board games and a pair of comfy bean bags chairs.

Living Room: Equipped with both a sofa and love seat plus 2 extra chairs this is a comfortable place to settle down, cozy up and watch a movie or your favorite TV show on the 50" smart TV with sound bar.

Fully Equipped Kitchen and Dining Area:

Feed a hungry crowd with ease in our bright and well-appointed kitchen. It's clean, tidy and completely stocked with all the pots, pans and dishes you'll need to cook a family meal or lakeside snacks.
- Appliances include a full-size refrigerator and freezer with ice maker, electric range oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher. We even have an external icemaker to fill your cooler. The dining area is just off the kitchen with a long table and plenty of chairs.


What's outside:
Back Porch: We have a 390 square foot back porch overlooking the lake with comfortable outdoor seating, a clothing / towel rack and storage bin to keep the seat cushions clean and fresh. We also have Pyle brand blue tooth speakers hard mounted on the back porch in case you forget your own Bluetooth speaker. The lighting on the back porch is all outdoor string lights that set the perfect mood at night for hanging with friends and family while enjoying a cocktail.

Boat Dock: The private boat dock has a boat slip that can securely store up to a 25' boat. There is also with plenty of deck space to hang out with all your guest without feeling too crowded. The dock has covered seating, both lounge seating as well as a traditional outdoor table and chairs. There is even an exposed top deck for those guests who want to enjoy more sun. For the kids, they can fish off the dock, swim or play on the lily pad attached to the dock.

Front Porch: Enjoy a relaxing place to hang under the string lights adjacent to the 4-burner propane grill.

Parking: We have a 2-car carport if you want to park your vehicles out of the weather or, if you prefer, lots of our guests like to pull the Adirondack chairs out and hang out under the carport while grilling.

Boat / Trailer Parking: Across the gravel road from our property we have a large overflow parking area, perfect for parking 2 extra vehicles or a boat trailer or two.
