Wurde am anreisetag storniert

Wir waren schon an der Ferienwohnung und haben dem Besitzer tage davor schon nicht erreicht um zu fragen wie das mit dem check in lĂ€uft, als wir ihn dann nochmal geschrieben haben sagt er plötzlich das unsere Reise storniert ist ohne weitere BegrĂŒndung. Ich finde sowas geht garnicht. Zudem kommt noch dazu, dass wir privat noch zustellbetten dazu gebucht haben, dass geld von der Unterkunft haben wir von FeWo zurĂŒck bekommen, aber dass Geld fĂŒr die zustellbetten von dem Besitzer nicht. Also ich wĂŒrde da auf keinenfall nochmal buchen wie Schade es auch ist.
