Our two fully renovated holiday apartments—the “Aussichtsbankerl” (F***) on the ground floor with its own terrace and garden, and the “Jagersitz” (F****) on the upper floor with a balcony—warmly welcome you. Our tranquil village is situated on a gentle hill, about 550 metres above sea level. From here, you can enjoy an unparalleled panoramic view that stretches over 100 kilometres on clear days. Located right on the edge of the forest, Simmering offers a wealth of outdoor activities right at your doorstep. Explore the unspoiled nature on relaxing walks, long hikes, or bike and mountain bike tours (e-bikes recommended). The lovingly furnished ****holiday apartment on the ground floor features a balcony for your exclusive use. From here, enjoy the beautiful panoramic view. Experience a magnificent vista into the distance from the first-floor balcony. With a little luck and patience, you can observe the forest’s fascinating wildlife completely undisturbed. With a generous 60 square metres of space, you can relax and feel right at home. The living room features a pull-out couch, so the apartment can comfortably accommodate families of three or four people (the bathroom is accessible only from the bedroom). Welcome to your relaxing retreat! Payment can be made either by bank transfer in advance or in cash on site. A 20% deposit may be charged after booking.
