Localização e condomínio muito bons. A prestadora de serviço foi muito atenciosa. O único problema está na casa, precisa de uma reforma, no anuncio dizia 4 quartos mas um deles é no soton sendo meio apertado.

Excelente localização em praia maravilhosa

Super recomendo a casa, o Proprietário é responde rápido é atencioso e flexível 👌 O condomínio é excelente, os funcionários atenciosos e educados. A casa é a última no condomínio(com 18 casas), está perto da mata, muito silenciosa e não tivemos problemas com insetos. A casa tem tudo que se precisa de acessórios e utensílios, incluindo uma máquina grande de lavar Louça, geladeira e freezer e máquina de lavar e secar roupas nova e um excelente fogão. Único ponto que gostaria de colocar é que quando cheguei na casa, fiquei decepcionada, pois a mesma não correspondeu as minhas expectativas baseada nas fotos, que provavelmente foram tiradas quando os móveis eram novos(?). A casa é bonita, mas precisa de uma renovação. Outro problema é que está descrita com 5 quartos. porém um deles está no Sótão, com acesso com uma escada que tem que puxar do teto, E o quinto quarto é na verdade a sala com sofá vermelho, que não oferece uma cama confortável e não está em boas condições para armar e desarmar, e as janelas de vidro não oferece possibilidade de escurecer o quarto para dormir. Se estes problemas forem resolvido, a casa mereceria 5 estrelas! Obrigada, tivemos uma estadiia maravilhosa,

Gostamos muito de nossa estadia. Localização excelente, assim como a simpatia e disposição em ajudar do Sr. Antonio. Eventualmente algumas renovações poderiam ser feitas na casa, mas nada que prejudique a estadia.
