The entire unit is located on the ground floor, has a private entrance, and is wheelchair accessible.

On-site Fees: Upon confirmation of your booking by us, a 50% deposit is due immediately; the balance is due 10 days before arrival. For last-minute bookings, the full amount is due immediately. You may cancel your reservation free of charge up to 2 weeks before arrival; in this case, your deposit will, of course, be refunded. If the cancellation occurs less than 2 weeks before arrival, we unfortunately must charge you for the entire booking period. We charge a flat fee of €80.00 per apartment for final cleaning. Please note that we do not accept checks.



Check-in is from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM, and check-out is from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
