The “Sea Love 2” holiday rental is located in the northern part of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, right on the marina, and with its 82 square metres, offers plenty of space for 4 people. Thanks to the ground-level design of the holiday rental, extra-wide doors, and grab bars in the bathroom, accessibility is guaranteed, and the home is particularly well-suited for our guests with disabilities.

The bright and inviting living and dining area features floor-to-ceiling windows offering a wonderful view of the terrace and the marina beyond. The south-facing terrace is directly accessible from the living area and invites you to relax in your own beach chair or enjoy a cosy meal at sunset throughout the day.

Of course, the kitchen is equipped with everything an amateur chef could wish for and practically invites you to cook together in the evening. The cosy living room features a comfortable corner sofa and a cosy armchair. A large smart TV provides additional entertainment, though you certainly won’t need it with the wonderful view of the sea.

A special feature of the holiday home is that both the master bedroom—with a large double box-spring bed—and the second bedroom—with two single box-spring beds—have access to a second terrace. Both bedrooms have their own closet and nightstands, and the master bedroom features a second TV for additional entertainment.

Those seeking peace and quiet and connoisseurs alike will find what they’re looking for. The infrared heat cabin, complete with a hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy, offers a small wellness oasis for relaxing after a long day at the beach. Furthermore, the bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower, a toilet, a large sink, and a towel warmer, which provides extra warmth.

Children are warmly welcome in this house. A high chair is available, and a travel cot can be provided upon request. In front of the house, you’ll find a private parking space and a bike shed.

Please note: The accommodation is wheelchair-friendly but not fully wheelchair-accessible. Some pathways inside the apartment are only about 100 cm wide, and some controls are located at a height of about 100–140 cm. The kitchen is not wheelchair-accessible, and the worktop is about 92 cm high. There is a threshold approximately 2 cm high at the entrance as well as to the balcony and terrace.
